I'll kick things off: my go-to lately has been a simple overnight country loaf, nothing fancy, just flour, water, salt, and a well-fed starter. Post your bakes, ask for tips, or just brag a little. That's what this is for.

Got a starter that's not bubbling, smells off, or just acting weird? You're in the right place. A few common ones to start: if it's quiet for the first day or two after rehydrating, that's normal β€” give it time. If it smells like nail polish remover, it's hungry, not dead β€” feed it and it'll bounce back. And don't worry about getting it "perfect," there's no such thing. Ask away, I'm happy to help troubleshoot.
