Refund policy

I want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you expected, email me at info@harvestbaking.co and I'll sort it out — usually a replacement or refund, whichever makes sense.

Sourdough starters are a perishable, living product, so I'm not able to accept returns on them once shipped. If yours arrives damaged or doesn't activate after following the included instructions, reach out and I'll make it right.

Tools and kits (bannetons, lames, scrapers, etc.) can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Email me first so I can give you the return address — return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically show up within 5–10 business days once processed.
