1.3 Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@harvestbaking.co to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have received the RA number, follow these steps:

  • Package the item securely, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Include a copy of your purchase receipt and the RA number in the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided during the RA issuance.

1.4 Return Shipping The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

1.5 Refund Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
