Bannetons (also called proofing baskets) hold your shaped dough while it rises, giving your loaf its shape and that classic spiral pattern. Ours are natural rattan and come with a linen liner included, so you can use them straight away.

Choose a round banneton for a boule or an oval one for a bâtard.
