Pick your size
Small Round (21 × 7 cm): for smaller loaves, about ¾ of a standard recipe (≈375 g flour)
Regular Round (23 × 8 cm): my everyday size. Fits a standard 500 g flour recipe, like the one in my Sourdough Simplified course
Large Round (28 × 8 cm): for big family loaves, about 1½ times a standard recipe (≈750 g flour)
Set of 2 Regular Rounds: bake two loaves at once, or keep one for a friend
